Local 104 Private Event Booking

There is a $200.00 non-refundable booking fee that is required to reserve your event and is in addition to the following fee’s outlined here:

Anytime other than Friday or Saturday nights:

$1,200.00 minimum applied to all food and beverages, before taxes and 25% gratuity. (winter rates: January-March 31 = $1,000.00 minimum)

Saturday Evenings- 4:30-9pm:

3500.00 minimum applied to all food and beverages, before taxes and 25% gratuity.

**Friday Evenings are not available for Private Events.**
